I wrote this simple and short poem for a friend. I hope he will appreciate it.
I don’t want to hurt you
Or even want to ignore you
I just want to be your friend
To be honest, not to pretend
I wanted to know you more
Just deep but not to fall
I don’t want you to misunderstood
My appreciation for you to conclude
I was surprised by your affection
To formulate a chain reaction
Never thought that it would happen
Hoping that it would never end
My heart belongs to someone else
Maybe your heart begins to melt
Let’s just start a great friendship
And build it as a splendid
